I'm supposed to be writing something other than a blog entry.
Isn't that the point of participating in a creative endeavours group such as the one I'm at now?
Except...I'm totally unable to get into the flow of anything...not even this blog entry.
I had a very very very late night last night. Well, OK if you want to put a different spin on it, I simply stayed up until I would have normally been getting up.
I had a deliciously delightful time - there was yummy Thai food and wine and fish porn1 and stuff. But wow! I'm pretty sleepy now that it's all said and done.
Anyway, and because I'm sleepy and because I spent the rest of the day doing all the things I needed to do in order to be ready for the work week ahead, I didn't spend any time thinking about what I was going to work on tonight and what direction it would take.
So, I'm directionless and immobilized as a consequence.
Oh well.
There's always next week. And next week I'll be prepared.
1: You're probably better off not asking. Yes, the fish were naked. They were the only ones. And no, there was no fornication...at least, not that I'm aware of anyway.
