Taking Deadly Sin Suggestions

I don't remember the last time I found myself curled up on my couch watching a movie.

I think it's safe to say it's been awhile.

But something about the cold, snowy day, the comfort of my pajamas combined with my fuzzy, pink bathrobe, and the sweet, rich goodness of brownies baking in the oven lured me into thinking a lie about on the couch with the snuggle bug cat and a no brainer movie on would be just the thing.

So, I fixed myself a cheese sandwich and popped a dvd into the player: Se7en.

I'd seen it before so it had no surprise ending.

What was a surprise was the realization just as I bit into a warm, gooey brownie nearly the size of my head that I was, in fact, engaging in at least 4 of the 7 deadly sins at that precise moment: sloth, gluttony, greed, and pride (because my brownies are definitely something to be proud of).

I just need to pick up wrath, envy, and lust and my Sunday's work will be done.
