MEN:
Do you have a hairy chest?
Are you over the age of 35?
Do you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, a family history of cardiac problems, and/or are overweight?
If you answer yes to all 3 of these questions, do yourself a favor now and start shaving your chest with regularity.
Why?
Because I am fresh off of CPR and defibrillator training and what they recommend for hairy chests (because the pads won't stick as well to hair) is to apply duct tape and then RRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIPPPPPP!
You'll be dead, sure. And when you come alive and wake up again, you'll have the whole broken sternum and ribs that'll hurt way worse than the patches of hair and skin missing...but still.
Ouch.
So just...do me a favor and shave.
