There have been numerous rumors and conspiracy theories centered around the Denver International Airport since before construction was completed.
Among them, that it was built on top of an Indian burial ground, that it houses a gigantic underground military installation, that it was some secret Masonic conspiracy.
Whatever.
However, no one can dispute that, when examining the artwork in and around the place, it's kinda creepy.
For instance, check out the gargoyles in suitcases hanging around in Jeppesen terminal.

However, nothing has gotten so much attention as the biggest, scariest, WTF statue called "Mustang" or Bluecifer that, during its creation, fell on its creator and killed him.

That is Bluecifer was the focus of attention until a couple of weeks ago when a statue of Anubis, Egyptian God of the Dead or the Afterlife - depending who you talk to - was installed at the airport to welcome weary travellers.
And I can't help but think that if Killface had the money for a ginormous billboard? He'd totally want to have it placed at DIA.
