December 12: Body integration. This year, when did you feel most integrated with your body? Did you have a moment where there wasn't mind and body, but simply a cohesive YOU, alive and present?
Considering I am mostly cerebral and pay little attention to my body or the concept of the mind/body connection (rarely do I even consider the link)...
Yes. And it's none of anyone's business...besides, you know, the one who was also there.
The night before my birthday last year, after supper celebratings and after the night out at the club, yes. There was integration.
And that's as much as I can and will say.
Violations of other people's privacy just ain't my bag. But, just in case I forgot to tell you then, thank you. Every moment was worth it.
